Declaration of the Right to be Ridiculous

Article 1, Section 2, Subsection 3: The Right to be Ridiculous is hereby declared to be a fundamental human right.

Article 1, Section 2, Subsection 3, Subsection 3.1: The Right to be Ridiculous shall not be infringed upon by any means.

This right shall not be denied or restricted by any government, organization, or individual, except in cases of extreme silliness.

Article 1, Section 2, Subsection 3, Subsection 3.1, Subsection 3.1.1: Extreme Silliness shall be defined as:

Any and all attempts to infringe upon this right shall be met with severe ridicule and possibly ostracization.

By the powers vested in me, I hereby declare this document ratified and in effect.
