Declaration 2.1C: The Unapologetic Manifesto of a Bureaucratic Overlord

Section 2: Article 1

In the grand tradition of unapologetic leadership, we declare that the true meaning of life is paperwork.

Article 1: The Bureaucratic Overlord Shall Always Be Right.

The Bureaucratic Overlord shall never admit to being mistaken.
The Bureaucratic Overlord shall always claim that the paperwork was completed yesterday.
The Bureaucratic Overlord shall never, ever, ever use the word 'deadline'.

Section 3: Subsection 2

Article 2: The Bureaucratic Overlord Shall Always Be Informed.

The Bureaucratic Overlord shall be informed of all matters, no matter how insignificant.
The Bureaucratic Overlord shall never be surprised.
The Bureaucratic Overlord shall always know more than you.
