Bureaucratic Decree 15, Appendix 4, Subsection 3.1: The Unyielding Regulations of the Department of Redundancy

By order of the Bureaucratic Council, it is hereby decreed that all employees shall wear socks of matching colors on Tuesdays and Thursdays to promote uniformity and confuse visitors.

Failure to comply with this decree will result in a mandatory 3-hour seminar on "The Art of Sock Coordination" which will be conducted by the Bureaucratic Council of Experts.
