By the power vested in me, I, the Incomparable Bureaucratic Genius, hereby decree that all forms submitted to this office shall be filled out in triplicate, with two extra copies kept in a fireproof safe for posterity's sake.
Article 1: The Multiplication of Paper
Every form submitted shall be printed on 20% recycled paper, certified to be 100% free of BPA and phthalates. Any form not meeting this standard shall be subject to revocation of the submission.
Article 2: The Binding of Ink
All pens used for filling out forms shall be of the finest quality, with ink that flows like honey and writes like a dream. Any pen not meeting this standard shall be subject to revocation of the submission, and possibly a sternly worded letter.
Article 3: The Unyielding Deadline
All submissions shall be received by our office no later than exactly 4:00 PM on the last Thursday of every month. Any submissions received after this time shall be subject to revocation, and possibly a raised eyebrow.
