Decree 17: The Unrelenting Folly of Form 27-B/6

By the power vested in me, the Supreme Bureaucrat, I decree that Form 27-B/6 shall be the standard form for all future transactions involving more than 5 widgets.

Article 1: All transactions involving 5 or fewer widgets shall not be subject to this decree.

Article 2: All transactions involving 6 or more widgets shall be subject to this decree.

Article 3: All forms shall be printed on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper, using only the most expensive ink.
