4.3: Exceptions for Exceptional Employees

Subchapter 4.3: When Exceptional Employees are Not Exceptional Enough

As an exceptional employee, you are allowed to break certain rules and bend certain regulations. However, this exceptionality is not infinite. In fact, it's rather finite. You will still have to follow the rules, but with a dash of flair.

Exceptions for Exceptional Employees include:

• Using the coffee machine after 3 PM on Fridays
• Taking a 3-day weekend every 6 weeks
• Having a personal assistant (but only if it's a robot with a cute face)
• Leaving work at 3 PM on the first day of the week, regardless of the day of the month

Exceptions for Non-Exceptional Employees

As a non-exceptional employee, you are not allowed to break rules. But, you can still have a personal assistant, but it has to be a cat in a fedora.

Exceptions for Non-Exceptional Employees include:

• Taking a 1-hour lunch break
• Having a 10-minute break every hour to stare out the window
• Using the copier, but only to print out cat pictures
