Q: What is the purpose of this policy?

We're glad you asked! Our Disability Leave Policy is designed to ensure that all employees are able to take care of themselves and their loved ones without fear of reprisal or judgment. We're not monsters, we promise.

However, please note that this policy only applies to employees who are not secretly plotting against us. If you're one of those, you're on your own.

Q: What kind of leave do I get for disability?

We offer a generous amount of leave for disabilities of all kinds, including but not limited to:

• Temporary insanity
• Permanent madness
• Occasional bouts of sanity
• Unpredictable mood swings

Q: How do I apply for disability leave?

To apply for disability leave, simply fill out the Disability Leave Application Form and submit it to your supervisor. Don't bother trying to sneak it past HR, we'll know.
