Section 1: The Foundational Principles
As per the Bureaucratic Code 3.14, all documents must adhere to the following principles:
- Article 1: All forms shall be filled out in triplicate, with at least three pens.
- Article 2: The font used shall be "Arial Black" or a similar font of equivalent darkness.
- Article 3: All documents shall have a minimum of 10 pages, with at least 5 pages dedicated to justifying expenditures.
Failure to comply with these principles shall result in a thorough review and potential revocation of privileges.
