THE DECREE:
ARTICLE I: The Ministry of Redundancy shall be renamed to the Ministry of Redundancy and Repetition.
ARTICLE II:
The Director of the Ministry of Redundancy and Repetition shall be appointed by the Supreme Ruler of the land.
ARTICLE III: The Redundancy Tax.
ARTICLE IV: The Ministry of Redundancy's Budget.
ARTICLE V: The Redundancy Oath.
