Form 27-B/6: Mandatory Reading
As per Regulation 14-3, all employees are required to read this document.
Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Section 1: The Importance of Filing Correctly
- Make sure to use the correct form for your department (see Form 27-A for Accounting, Form 27-B for Human Resources).
- Ensure all necessary documents are attached (stapled, not clipped).
- Use only 12pt font, Arial or sans-serif.
Section 2: The Fine Art of Bureaucracy
- Never, ever, under any circumstances, refer to yourself as "the boss".
- Use the proper title and departmental prefixes on all documents (e.g., "Manager, Accounting" not "Accounting Guy").
- When in doubt, add more paperwork.
Section 3: The Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these regulations will result in:
- Verbal warning, followed by written warning, followed by a third verbal warning.
- One week's suspension without pay, during which time you must watch our approved list of videos on "The Importance of Bureaucracy".
- Termination of employment, effective immediately, with no severance package, and a permanent ban from the break room microwave.
