Initial Screening

Screening Criteria:
- Relevancy to Departmental Mandates (DM 1.0 and DM 2.0 updates)
- Tone and tenor of request (no whining, no personal attacks, no requests for Fridays off)
- Alignment with current bureaucratic initiatives and priorities
