Section 1: The Bureaucratic Oath

Upon entering the Bureaucratic Realm, all citizens are required to swear the Bureaucratic Oath:

"I, [Citizen's Name], do hereby pledge to fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate, and to not question the reasoning behind form 27-B/6, nor the color of the forms themselves."
