Section 4: The Bureaucratic Red Tape

Bureaucratic Red Tape is the lifeblood of our esteemed organization. Without it, we would be a chaotic mess of uncoordinated chaos.

• Step 1: Fill out Form 27-B/6 in triplicate, using only approved ink pens.
• Step 2: Attach a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the bottom left corner of Form 27-B/6.
• Step 3: Wait 47 business days for our esteemed committee to review and respond.
• Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 for every subsequent iteration of the same request.
