Section 5, article 2, subsection A: All cereal shall be consumed in a 3:1 ratio of milk to cereal. Failure to comply will result in a Level 3 Bureaucratic Reprimand.
Section 5, article 2, subsection B: Cereal shall be served in a bowl no smaller than 12 inches in diameter. Failure to comply will result in a Level 2 Bureaucratic Reprimand.
Section 5, article 2, subsection C: All cereal shall be eaten with a spoon, not a fork. Failure to comply will result in a Level 1 Bureaucratic Reprimand.
Section 5, article 2, subsection D: All cereal shall be consumed on a weekday morning between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a Level 4 Bureaucratic Reprimand.
