Article 1, Section 1 of the Standardized Language Regulations hereby declares that the official language of the Bureaucratic Republic shall be "Bureaucratic English", a dialect of the English language that is specifically tailored to be maximally confusing and inefficient.
Subsection A: The official vocabulary of the Bureaucratic Republic shall include, but not be limited to, the following words and phrases:
Subsection B: All citizens of the Bureaucratic Republic are required to use the official language in all official communications, including, but not limited to, government reports, public notices, and bureaucratic memos.
