Decree 003: Mandatory Fun

As of today, all citizens are required to engage in activities that are fun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Playing the accordion at least 30 minutes a day
- Dancing in public with reckless abandon
- Wearing novelty socks with cartoon characters on them
Failure to comply with this decree will be met with severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Fines up to and including 1 million space bucks
- Forfeiture of all rights to wear pleated pants
- Reeducation through the Ministry of Fun
