Report Highlights

Most Notorious Roadblock of the Month: The 345th and 23rd intersection on Main St, which took 4 days, 3 hours, and 14 minutes to resolve. A special task force has been assembled to investigate.

Budget Overrun of the Month: The 27th Street Bridge reconstruction, which was initially estimated to cost $1.5M but ultimately ballooned to $4.2M due to 'unforeseen' issues with the contractor's cat.

Most Creative Use of Duct Tape: The use of 427 rolls of duct tape on the 19th Street water main repair. A commendable effort, if a bit... unsightly.
