Administrivia

The art of making paperwork appear busy and important. Often involves stapling, folding, and spitting.

Bureaucratic Red Tape

A metaphorical rope used to tie up and strangle progress, while appearing to be a harmless piece of twine.

Cronyism

The practice of favoring friends and acquaintances, often by awarding them with lucrative contracts and questionable favors.

Debureaucracy

A state of being freed from the shackles of red tape and petty bureaucracy. Often achieved through revolution, or a well-placed bribe.

Form-13

A form so complex and convoluted that it's impossible to fill out, often used as a means of psychological warfare.

Ministry of Truthiness

A department tasked with making sure all official statements are truthful, or at least as truthful as they need to be.

Procrastination Station

A place where employees go to pretend to be working, while actually doing nothing of consequence.
