Section 7 of Form 12C: The Bureaucrapian Departmental Red Tape Regulations

Subsection A: Inconvenient Definitions

1. Paragraph 3.5: "The term 'Departmental' refers to any group of more than 5 employees who are not actually doing anything productive."
2. Paragraph 7.2: "The term 'Red Tape' refers to any piece of paper that requires 17 signatures, including 2 notaries public, to be considered official."

Subsection B: Required Documents

1. Form 27B: "The Departmental Affidavit of Non-Productivity" must be completed and submitted with each application.
2. Form 42F: "The Red Tape Reduction Waiver" must be signed by at least 3 departmental representatives.
