This mandate is a declaration of the utmost importance, detailing the proper way to fill out form 27B in triplicate, with a red pen, and while wearing a fedora.

Section 2: Mandate Specifications

• Fill out form 27B on Tuesdays and Thursdays only
• Use only the approved Bureaucratic Crayons for coloring
• Repeat the mantra "I am a loyal citizen of the Bureaucracy" three times daily

Failure to comply with this mandate will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to: loss of snacks, confiscation of your favorite coffee mug, and/or forced listening to elevator music in the break room.
