Step 1: Fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate.
Step 2: Attach three (3) copies of your ID, one for each of our three favorite staplers.
Step 3: Submit application to the department of Red Tape and Rubber Stamp Affairs (DTRSA).
Step 4: Wait 6-8 weeks for our response, which will either be a rejection letter or a request for additional documentation.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 until your application is either approved or you lose your mind.
Step 6: Celebrate with a well-deserved break, but not too long, because you'll need to start the process again for your cousin's cousin's birthday party permit.
