We believe that the only way to truly kill bureaucracy is not with a flamethrower, but with an arsenal of kindness and empathy.
Our approach is simple: we listen to the needs of our citizens, and work tirelessly to meet those needs in a timely and efficient manner.
But we're not perfect. We have some... let's call them 'quirks'. Our forms are notoriously difficult to navigate, our meetings are always scheduled for the exact same day as your favorite TV show, and our 'customer service' department is run by a committee of highly caffeinated parrots.
Still, we're working on it! Come visit us and see the progress we've made (or not). We're open Monday through Friday, and by 'open' we mean you can try to get in, but good luck with that.
