Recipe 2: The One Where You Don't Overcook the Feta

  1. Boil the pasta, but not too much. You know, until it's just al dente.
  2. Crumble the Parmesan into a bowl and try not to eat it all before the sauce even gets a chance.
  3. Drain the pasta and add the sauce. Toss with the crumbled Parmesan and some fresh basil.
  4. Don't serve with a side of dignity, because that's just not what this dish is about.
