YOU ASKED FOR PARMESAN, WE DELIVER!
Recipe 2: The One Where You Don't Overcook the Feta
Ingredients:
- 1 block of Parmesan cheese (the good stuff)
- 1 cup of pasta (spaghetti, linguine, doesn't matter)
- 1 cup of marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought, we won't judge you)
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil (because, Italy)
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta, but not too much. You know, until it's just al dente.
- Crumble the Parmesan into a bowl and try not to eat it all before the sauce even gets a chance.
- Drain the pasta and add the sauce. Toss with the crumbled Parmesan and some fresh basil.
- Don't serve with a side of dignity, because that's just not what this dish is about.
