Cable Tap Techniques 6: The One With the Tape

Step 1: Prepare for Battle

Before you start, make sure you have the right tools for the job: duct tape, preferably the strongest kind. We're talking industrial-strength, not that wimpy stuff from the hardware store. You know, the kind they sell at the corner store. That stuff won't hold.

Step 2: Wrap It Up

Take that pesky cable and wrap it up with your trusty roll of duct tape. Make sure it's nice and tight. You can never have too much tape, but be careful not to overdo it. You don't want to end up with a tape-covered mess that'll take weeks to clean up.

Step 3: Secure It - Where things get really crazy.

Step 4: Add Some Flair - Where you get to be creative with your duct tape design.
