Known Issues and Solutions

Issue 1: Paper Jam

Symptoms: Paper stuck in the feeder.

Solution: Turn off the copier, remove stuck paper, and turn it back on. If this doesn't fix it, you might need to consult the user manual for further assistance, which is conveniently hidden under the couch cushion.

Issue 2: Ink Smudge

Symptoms: Random ink smudges on printed pages.

Solution: Clean the ink rollers with a damp cloth, and consider replacing the ink cartridges with our special brand of overpriced, yet somehow still cheaper than a new copier, ink refills.

Issue 3: Won't Turn On

Symptoms: The copier refuses to turn on.

Solution: Check if the power cord is plugged in, and if so, consider unplugging it, waiting for 5 seconds, and plugging it back in. Repeat this process 5-7 times. If that doesn't work, consult the user manual, but be warned, it's written in a language that's only slightly more understandable than ancient Sumerian.
