In 2018, the world faced a crisis of epic proportions: the Many-Armed Band-Aid epidemic.
It started with a few scattered reports of individuals showing up to medical facilities with a disturbingly high number of band-aids stuck to their person.
As the days went by, the situation spiralled out of control, with people sporting 5, 6, 7, even 10 band-aids at a time. It was chaos.
The government scrambled to respond, setting up emergency band-aid removal teams and deploying an army of highly trained band-aid extraction specialists.
And so, dear readers, let us take a moment to reflect on the Many-Armed Band-Aid Crisis of 2018. May we never forget the bravery of those who fought to free us from the sticky grasp of so many band-aids.
