Lemon Queen, born as Leila Lemonstein, was born on a cold winter morning in 1975 in the bustling metropolis of Brooklyn, New York. Her parents, both of Polish heritage, instilled in her a love for citrus and culinary arts at a young age.
Leila spent most of her youth experimenting with various recipes, much to the dismay of her parents who were more interested in her studying engineering. But she refused to be deterred, and soon she found herself whipping up the most epic of lemon meringues in her makeshift kitchen.
Years went by, and Leila's skills only sharpened with time. She began experimenting with new flavors, and her unique blend of lemons and... wait for it... garlic? It was a hit!
