Second-Guessing 101
CEO second-guessing is a phenomenon where the most powerful person in the company is constantly unsure about every decision they make.
It's like, "Wait, did I really just order 1000 units of this thing? Should I have gotten 2000?"
Our CEO, Bob, is a master of second-guessing. He's always like, "Did I really just hire that person? Should I have hired that other person?"
It's gotten to the point where our company's decisions are based on 50% logic and 50% "maybe I shouldn't have done that".
