Therapy Session 1: The Panic Button Method
When you're faced with a bug that's just won't go away, press the panic button. Literally. Press it hard.
- Repeat steps 1-10 in an attempt to recreate the error.
- Stare at the screen for 5 minutes.
- Take a 30-minute coffee break.
- Return to steps 1-10.
Repeat as necessary until the bug is resolved or you've lost all sanity.
Therapy Session 2: The Google Search Method
Stare at the error log for 5 minutes.
- Type random words into Google.
- Read the first result.
- Try to apply the solution to your code.
Repeat as necessary until you find the correct solution or your eyes bleed.
