Cheddar and Pear Paninis
A panini so sharp, it'll cut down your hunger.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups of sliced pears
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped thyme
Instructions:
- Cook the pears in a pan with a little bit of water and a pinch of salt.
- Shred the cheddar cheese into tiny, fluffy pieces.
- Scoop the pears into a hollowed-out cheddar cheese cave.
And voila! A snack so divine, it'll make you wonder how you ever settled for plain old crackers.
Because you can never have too much of a good thing, unless it's too much.
