Cheesy Delight of the Month: The Crème Brûlée

It's time to get your gouda on! This month's cheesy delight is none other than the crème brûlée, a rich and creamy concoction that's sure to make your taste buds do the French Cancan.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large egg yolks

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

- Spoon into ramekins and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Chill until you can't resist the urge to devour the lot.
