CHOCOLATE CHIP SHORTAGE: HOARDING LAWS

Warning: hoarding chocolate chips is a serious business.

As of January 1, 2023, the Chocolate Chip Hoarding Act of 2022 has been enforced by the Ministry of Confectionery Control. All hoarding of chocolate chips is strictly prohibited.

Offenders will be subject to fines, imprisonment, and mandatory attendance at a 'Chocolate Chip Rehabilitation Center'.

A list of known hoarders:

• Mr. Reginald P. Bottomsworth, notorious hoarder of 5000+ chocolate chips
• Ms. Beatrice M. Chipworth, accused of storing 2000+ chocolate chips in her basement
