A group of concerned citizens has come forward accusing a local clown of plotting against the very fabric of society.
According to eyewitnesses, the clown was seen wearing a "TARDIS TO THE WORLD" t-shirt and whispering something suspiciously into a megaphone.
When questioned about the incident, the clown claimed he was just "getting into the zone" for an upcoming gig at a children's birthday party.
