Here are a few tips and tricks to make your cappuccino game a little stronger:

  1. Don't be a poser. Use whole milk, it's better.
  2. Don't over-extract, you'll end up with a mouthful of bitter.
  3. Use the right ratio. It's all about 1/3 espresso, 2/3 steamed milk.
  4. Don't skimp on the foam. It's the best part.
  5. And for the love of all that is caffeinated, don't use that awful pre-ground coffee crap. Grind it yourself.
