The committee met to discuss the merits of Proposal 3, which was, predictably, vetoed.

Reasons for vetoing Proposal 3 included:

• Too many acronyms
• Lack of clear, concise language
• Unrealistic budget projections

Despite its rejection, Proposal 3 will still receive an honorable mention in our annual Committee Yearbook.
