Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
This is the most basic yet most iconic cookie you'll ever meet. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and a hint of chocolatey goodness that will make you go wild.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet ingredients.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- Scoop into balls and bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
