Exceptions:

• Exceptions are only granted to cookies that have been properly registered with the Cookie Monster Council.
• Exceptions are only granted to cookies that have been properly certified as being made with 100% cookie-quality ingredients.

Non-Exceptional Cookies:

• Non-exceptional cookies will be subject to the wrath of the Cookie Monster.
