Mandates

• Article 1: All bakeries must serve cookies at all times, or face the wrath of our cookie-fueled overlords.
• Article 2: Cookies must be served in a minimum of 3 varieties per serving, or you're doing it wrong.
• Article 3: The use of sprinkles is strictly regulated, and only for the most special occasions.
