Instructions:
  1. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in rosemary and lemon zest.
  6. Scoop onto baking sheet, bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
