Cookie Monster's Bloody Bourbon Biscotti Recipe
Warning: This recipe may lead to excessive biscotti consumption and subsequent cookie addiction.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground espresso
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz bloody bourbon
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Pulse in espresso and bloody bourbon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Sprinkle in chocolate chips.
- Chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool, slice, and serve.
