Cookie Monster's Bloody Bourbon Biscotti Recipe

Warning: This recipe may lead to excessive biscotti consumption and subsequent cookie addiction.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Pulse in espresso and bloody bourbon.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Sprinkle in chocolate chips.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool, slice, and serve.
