Lemon Rosemary Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup lemon zest (don't forget to zest it yourself, we won't tell)
• 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, of course)
• 1 cup rosemary leaves (chopped, because who needs a blender, anyway)
• 1 tsp baking powder (the secret ingredient)
• 1/2 cup sugar (white, because brown sugar is for amateurs)
• 1/2 cup butter (softened, but not too softened, you feel me)

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together while reciting the alphabet backwards.
2. Roll out the dough while yelling "I'm a cookie monster!"
3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for exactly 17 minutes and 32 seconds.
4. Remove from oven while setting off fire alarm.
