Lemon Rosemary Cookies
The Most Difficult Cookies to Make
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lemon zest (don't forget to zest it yourself, we won't tell)
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, of course)
- 1 cup rosemary leaves (chopped, because who needs a blender, anyway)
- 1 tsp baking powder (the secret ingredient)
- 1/2 cup sugar (white, because brown sugar is for amateurs)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened, but not too softened, you feel me)
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together while reciting the alphabet backwards.
- Roll out the dough while yelling "I'm a cookie monster!"
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for exactly 17 minutes and 32 seconds.
- Remove from oven while setting off fire alarm.
