Rocky Road Reaction Cookies

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together semi-sweet chocolate chips and sea salt until combined.
  3. Chop pecans into small pieces and add to the medium bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, melt semi-sweet white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
  5. Add dried fruit to the small bowl and stir until coated with the white chocolate.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle with semi-sweet white chocolate.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm to the touch.
