• Consuming more than 5 cookies in a single sitting
• Hoarding cookies in a secret stash
• Sharing cookies with unauthorized parties

Repeating offenders will be subject to:

• Loss of privileges to access the cookie supply for a period of 30 days
• Assignment to Cookie Reeducation and Reformation (CRR) program
