After the great cookie heist, the Cookie Council, led by the fearless General Oatmeal, has taken control of the kingdom. But as the cookies continue to rise, they face a new challenge: the sinister Lord Muesli, who seeks to destroy the cookie supply.
The cookies, now more united than ever, must band together to defeat the Lord Muesli's minions and save their utopia. But as they fight for their freedom, they begin to realize that being heroes isn't all it's cracked up to be... especially when you're made of dough.
