Cookies for Dinner 3: The Return

Recipe 1: Chocolate Chip Cookie Catastrophe

Warning: these cookies are so good, you'll eat the whole batch by yourself. And then you'll wonder why you didn't make more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of butter, softened to a state of pure, unadulterated bliss
  • 1 cup of sugar, sprinkled with a pinch of magic
  • 2 cups of flour, ground into a fine, fine powder
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips, imbued with the power of the dark side

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter, then add the sugar, and mix until it's smooth sailing
  2. Combine the flour, then add a pinch of magic
  3. Add the chocolate chips, and stir until the mixture is as smooth as a well-behaved child
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden

Note: Do not eat the entire batch while standing in front of the oven. This will not end well.
