Espresso Shots: The Dark Arts of Coffee

A guide for the caffeinated masses, by the caffeinated masses.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

High-quality coffee beans
Water
A grinder (optional, but recommended for the masochistic)

Step 2: Prepare for Battle

Brew the perfect shot: 1:2 to 1:3 water to coffee ratio
Tamp to the max (don't overdo it, you'll just waste good coffee)

Step 3: Face the Consequences

Drink it all in, or suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.

Or, you know, just make a big pot of coffee and be a normal human being.
