Cooking with Passion: Carbonara

History

Carbonara: a pasta dish so divine, it'll make you forget about your ex.

Legend has it that Carbonara was created in the 1950s by Italian chefs who had no eggs, no cheese, and no shame.

They threw some spaghetti, bacon, and parmesan at each other, and voilĂ ! Carbonara was born.

Today, we still use the same ingredients, but now we have better lighting and more Instagram followers.

So if you ever find yourself in Rome, with an egg and some bacon, just remember: Carbonara's the answer.
