Due to unforeseen circumstances, the nation's cream supply has been drastically reduced. As a result, the Cream Shortage Response Team has been activated to manage the crisis.

We're currently in Phase 2 Rationing, where citizens are allowed to apply for limited cream rationing permits. These permits grant you access to a small portion of the remaining cream reserves.

To apply, simply fill out the forms below and submit them to our office. Don't bother trying to bribe or negotiate with our agents; we're not impressed.
