Step 2: Copy the video URL and paste it into the "Create a Workout Routine by Copy/Pasting a Video" form (available on the main page).
Step 3: Press the "Copy and Paste" button, and the video will magically transform into a workout routine.
Step 4: Repeat steps 2-3 until you've created the perfect workout routine, or until you've lost the will to live.
