It's time to get serious about writing. Start by setting your alarm clock to a ridiculously early hour. You know, like 4:30 AM. Or 3:30 AM. Or if you're feeling bold, 2:30 AM. The point is, you need to be up before the sun.
And by "sun", I mean your Netflix queue.
Identify a writing spot that's not too comfortable, not too distracting, and not too close to your bed. You want to be able to focus on your craft without getting too comfortable, or worse, falling asleep mid-sentence.
Some options might include: a cluttered attic, a friend's living room, or the middle of the park at midnight.
Just make sure it's not too close to any coffee shops. Those are just distractions in disguise.
